Airport Development Partners SA acquires Fairoaks Airport (UK) from Royal Bank of ScotlandFirst airport acquisition by Geneva-based airport consulting firm
GENEVA, SWITZERLAND (29.11.2015) Airport Development Partners SA, an international airport investment and consulting firm and affiliate of US-based international commercial real estate group Westcore Properties, today announced its acquisition of Fairoaks Airport, Surrey, UK, from West Register Property Investments Ltd., a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Fairoaks Airport is a general aviation airport located 40 km South-West of central London, 4.5 km off the M25 motorway. Details of the transaction remain undisclosed.
