About us

 

Airport Development Partners SA is a private airport consulting and investment company dedicated to the development of regional hubs and 'secondary' airports. The company is a subsidiary of Westcore Properties (www.westcore.net), a commercial real estate company headquartered in San Diego, USA with assets currently valued at well over USD 1 bn. The company advises public and private airport owners and operators globally. Under certain circumstances, e.g. PPP privatisations, it also considers entering into equity partnerships.

 

Airport Development Partners SA works with its clients, public and private owners and operators of airports, pursuing the objective of developing an airport´s growth potential and the breadth and quality of its services. By doing so, we ensure airports can act as powerful catalysts for economic development.

 

Airport Development Partners SA will advise airport owners in selecting the funding models best suited to the public owners´ privatization objectives, be they based on a Public-Private-Partnership, an operating concession, a partial privatization through the sale of a minority participation or the sale of an airport.

 

Airport Development Partners SA has acted as advisor to a wide range of private and public entities including Blackstone Group International, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), Airports International (AI), and a wide range of regional governments and communal entities.
